Modern Swim Academy Policy:
Payment policy:
- The fees for MODERN SWIM ACADEMY Courses will be paid at the start of the course it’s mandatory for registration.
- Payment are subjected to 5% VAT.
- Payments can be done via Cash / debit / credit card / our online system ONLY.
Refund Policy:
- MODERN SWIM ACADEMY does not offer any refunds once fees have been paid.
- If any lesson is missed out by the member without notice before 24h as “early cancelation” it is the responsibility of that member and MODERN SWIM ACADEMY will not reschedule this lesson.
- If any lesson is cancelled by MODERN SWIM ACADEMY this is the only case a lesson will be arranged.
- If any requests for Management regarding membership issues responding will be within 15 Days.
Training Method:
- Coach may change for any reasons like (coach absentee, member not show more than one week, after freezing, level upgraded, more useful for member) and classes will shift to another coach recommended by Head coach in the branch.
Reschedule “make up class” request for deferent times will be able when there is availability in schedule, and must inform supervisor before 24h.
Any class in membership it valid till expired date only, whatever the amount of servings remaining classes.
Reschedule “make up class” not extended expired date.
Members and parents are responsible for the safety and security of themselves and their kids out of training areas “swimming pool”.
The Academy Don’t provide transportation before advance confirm by management.
Freezing policy's:
- MODERN SWIM ACADEMY offer Freezing by official Email or Whatsapp chat.
- Medical report or medicine annaounce should be presented by the student in order to secure for extend the package expired date.
- Freezing Request able before Expired date only. Freezing method by extend Expired date by number of days.
(1 month – no freezing).
(3 months – 25 days)
( 6 months – 60 days)

Offers Policy:
- Any classes canceled or absent will not be rescheduled , and classes available only before expiry date without extend or freeze.
- Any discount and offer will be not auto renew or guarantee to keep price same for next payment if the offer not available.
MODERN SWIM ACADEMY reserves the right to alter the terms and conditions without prior notice
